The Diocese of Tucson Catholic Cemeteries herein states that any agreement for purchase of burial rights, merchandise, or services will be subject to the current pricing structure in existence at the cemetery office at the time the arrangement is accepted by the designated cemetery representative and therefore pricing and availability may differ from that listed on this site.  Notification of any pricing adjustment, merchandise or burial right substitution will be forwarded to the purchaser via U.S. Postal Service. A copy of the agreement counter signed by the designated cemetery representative will be forwarded to the Purchaser via U.S. Postal Service, upon acceptance.
